As with the Cane Fire Grille, this buildout and tenant renovation was performed by the Collective Construction Team at one of the busiest hotels in Florida — The Marriott Hotel at Miami International Airport. Excellent project planning and execution were imperative in order not to disturb the day-to-day business of the hotel and its guests while the work was being performed.

In 2010, Arthur Kubli received an Aurora Award for General Contracting and Management work performed: Complete remodel with an addition to combine existing restaurant and separate Bar/Lounge to a restaurant integrated into a “Great Room” lobby concept.
