Principals from Kellner Development Inc., Owner, and Collective Construction & Design, Inc. attend the ground-breaking ceremony for this new and innovative pet resort.
Slated for completion in 2005, Collective Construction & Design, Inc. was awarded the contract for construction of a state-of-the-art pet resort. The center will have a boarding facility that boasts "sophisticated elegance and coziness" in suites and condo-style atmosphere. Dog daycare at Country Inn Pet Resort indulges the most finicky pets to either indoor or outdoor play areas. A full-scale-grooming salon adds an extra touch of "style" to the animal kingdom. In addition, they will enjoy body massages, acupuncture as well as a fashion and accessory Boutique shoppe. The playground, park, pool and "pawcuzzi" give the finishing touches to any pet's day at the "spa". The playground has a "leash-free" play area along with the "doggybone-shaped" pool. The "County Inn Pet Resort" which is 11,900 square feet is located on 5 acres in western Broward County on Flamingo Road, Davie, FL. Construction commenced in 2004 and completion expected in the summer of 2005. «««
