before construction, offering them her experience and creativity. Her company,
Collective Construction & Design, Inc., also provides general contractor's
services. Having this experience and background to draw on, she knows not only
what to expect during the scope of a project, but also how to manage costs.

Ms. Kubli graduated cum
laude from the Ivy School of Professional Art with a major in Interior Design
and a minor in Textile Design. She founded Collective Construction & Design
in 1983 and presently concentrates on architectural interiors for commercial,
hospitality, and luxury home installations. She is a Florida state licensed
Interior Designer, ID0001085, a professional member of ASID, and is NCIDQ
certified. She also has been listed in the International Edition of Who's
Who In Interior Design.
