Kubli kept the nearby family room comfortable with a deep-seated chenille sofa and chaise. A custom-designed zebrawood and anigre console hides television, audio and the Creston Automation System components, which controls all of the home’s lighting, AC, security, draperies and music. A custom surround with stained speakers frames the television. “It’s the little details that make all the difference,” Kubli says.
